Konrad Klimek
Chairman of the PFA Executive Committee
An experienced manager specializing in sales issues, possessing extensive practical knowledge in the field of finance, in particular financing and insurance of receivables.
From the beginning of his professional career associated with the factoring market. At Polfactor S.A. (currently mFaktoring S.A.) was responsible for sales development, and from 2008 he was the Sales and Marketing Department Director. Then he worked at Coface Poland Factoring Sp. z o.o. as Deputy Commercial Director for Factoring. From 2014, the President of the Management Board of KUKE Finance S.A. – a factoring company, which he founded and introduced to the Polish market.
A graduate of the School of Commerce and Law Ryszard Łazarski in Warsaw (currently Lazarski University). He completed postgraduate studies in management and finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. Holder of the Diploma of Proficiency in Selling Export Factoring obtained at Factors Chain International.
Ewa Gawrońska-Micuń

An expert in the field of change management and process improvements, modification and implementation of new products and solutions.
She has been associated with the factoring industry since the beginning of her professional career (since 1999). At the beginning it was Polfactor S.A. (currently mFaktoring S.A.), and then Raiffeisen Faktoring Polska Sp. z o.o. She has been associated with Bibby Financial Services since 2003, where she currently manages the Marketing and Support Department.
A graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw (major: International Economics) and doctoral studies in the discipline of Management Sciences at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Privately, a lover of dogs of all breeds and literature of all genres – from comics to reportage.
Łukasz Kiliński
Vice Chairman of the PFA Executive Committee
Since November 2021, the president of Coface – as Country Manager, he manages all areas of Coface’s activity in Poland: insurance of receivables, factoring, economic information and B2B debt collection.
With Coface since 2007. He started working as Sales Manager in the newly established company Coface Poland Factoring. Then, throughout his career at Coface, he held managerial positions, first as Head of Sales in a factoring company, and from 2011 as Head of Commercial, responsible for sales in all Coface business lines. In 2014, he was promoted to the position of Regional Commercial Director and worked for three years at the Central & Eastern Europe Region headquarters in Vienna. He returned to Poland in 2017 and since then he has been Commercial Director and Vice President of the Management Board of Coface in Poland.
Before joining Coface, Łukasz Kiliński gained experience in sales and finance, working in commercial banks Raiffeisen, Pekao Faktoring, mFaktoring. He is a graduate of International Business and Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA). He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a commentator on the conditions affecting the risk of commercial transactions of companies.
Tomasz Mazurkiewicz

President of the Management Board of ING Commercial Finance Polska S.A.
For over 30 years he has been associated with trade finance and corporate banking, and since 2001 very closely related to factoring in such financial institutions as Bank Austria Creditanstalt, Fortis Bank, Raiffeisen Bank Polska (where he also served as President of the Management Board of Raiffesen Faktoring Sp. ) and Deutsche Bank Polska. In each of these banks, he was responsible for the development and sale of trade finance and factoring products.
For over 11 years he has been associated with ING, where he first served as the commercial director of ING Commercial Finance Polska S.A., and then as the vice president of the management board of the company he was responsible for the sale of factoring products. Since 2015, as the president of the management board, he has been managing the factoring company ING Commercial Finance Polska S.A., one of the leading factoring institutions in Poland.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at PWSBiA and UW in Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in banking at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Warsaw in Warsaw and postgraduate studies in accounting and financial audit organized by the Faculty of Law and Administration and Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw in Warsaw. He also completed the Leadership Academy management program organized by Harvard Business School.
Privately, Tomasz is married and has a daughter. He is a tennis lover and does it all the time with small breaks.

Magdalena Ciechomska-Barczak

Graduate of the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the Lublin University of Technology. Associated with the factoring industry since 2003. She served as the President of the Management Board of Pekao Faktoring Sp. z o. o.
Since 2020, he has been the Vice-President of the Management Board of ING Commercial Finance S.A. She also serves as the Chairwoman of the Economic and Statistical Team of the European Factoring Federation. He is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Piotr Gąsiorowski
Member of PFA Audit Committee
A lawyer by education (a legal advisor for 20 years), specialist in the law of obligations, bill of exchange law, bankruptcy, civil process and arbitration. He has over 10 years of experience in factoring services, for 7 years he has been participating in the creation and management of companies in this area.
Dariusz Jamroży
Member of PFA Audit Committee
President of the Management Board of Pekao Faktoring Sp. z o.o.
He has extensive experience in finance and management, including many years of managerial experience in the financial industry, financing of the current and investment activities of business entities on the banking and capital markets as well as company finance management with credit risk protection.
He has been working for Pekao Faktoring since 2004, where until 2010 he worked as, among others, Customer Advisor, Head of the Project Team, Regional Director and Director of the Large Corporate Companies Department. In 2010-2014, he developed his competences in Alior Bank’s Corporate Banking as the Business Client Director. In the years 2014 – 2016 he was also the managing director of “Biomed – Lublin” Wytwórnia Surowic i Szczepionek S.A. Since 2016, he has been continuing his professional career in Pekao Faktoring, the leader of the factoring market in Poland, which he has been running since 2020 as the president of the management board.
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics – Management and Marketing at the Maria-Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin and MBA studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the Lublin University of Technology.
