Chairman of the PFA Executive Committee

Country Manager Coface Poland.

From January 1, 2012 he is the president of Coface. As a Country Manager, he is responsible for the development of all areas of the Coface group’s operations in Poland: receivables insurance, factoring, business information and B2B debt collection.

He joined Coface in 2006, taking responsibility for launching the factoring company Coface on the Polish market, which is currently one of the largest players on the market and the largest non-banking factor in Poland. A member of the Executive Committee and Audit Committee of the Polish Factors Association for many years.

In banking and financial services since 1992, since 1999 in the factoring industry, previously as the sales director of factoring services. A graduate of economics at the Catholic University of Lublin and MBA studies at the University of Illinois at the Lublin University of Technology. Participant of many trainings and conferences.

With a factoring market related since 2002, earlier in the Pekao group and Raiffeisen Bank. Recently has held the position of Senior Director of the Department of Factoring and Commercial Finance at Bank Millennium S.A, the first bank in Poland that become a member of the PFA.

Former Member of the Audit Committee of the Polish Association.

Jerzy Dąbrowski had participated in a n umber of conferences and seminars aimed at promoting factoring solutions among Polish companies, optimizing cash flow, administration and securing receivables. Actively participates in the industry’s debates, presenting his views in numerous press articles, conference speeches, radio and television interviews.

A graduate of Catholic University of Lublin, Institute of Economics, where he was also a research fellow at the Department of International Economic Relations for four years.

An experienced manager specializing in sales issues, possessing extensive practical knowledge in the field of finance, in particular financing and insurance of receivables.

From the beginning of his professional career associated with the factoring market. At Polfactor S.A. (currently mFaktoring S.A.) was responsible for sales development, and from 2008 he was the Sales and Marketing Department Director. Then he worked at Coface Poland Factoring Sp. z o.o. as Deputy Commercial Director for Factoring. From 2014, the President of the Management Board of KUKE Finance S.A. – a factoring company, which he founded and introduced to the Polish market.

A graduate of the School of Commerce and Law Ryszard Łazarski in Warsaw (currently Lazarski University). He completed postgraduate studies in management and finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. Holder of the Diploma of Proficiency in Selling Export Factoring obtained at Factors Chain International.

Andrzej Żbikowski

Advisor to the President of the Management Board of ING CF S.A.

Graduate of Technical University in Dresden (Germany). A. Żbikowski had been participating in several domestic and international training programs, including “Management 2000” (The Canadian International Management Institute) and in the training of the International School of Banking and Finance in Katowice.

Since 1987, he has held managerial positions in boards of various businesses. Since 19 years he is associated with the financial sector, between 1995-2001, President of MB of Polfactor SA; 2002 – 2006, President of Heller SA MB. From 2007 to 2014, President of the Board of ING Commercial Finance Polska SA.

Currently he serves as the advisor to the ING CF CEO.

A. Żbikowski is one of the co-founders of the Polish Factors Association. For many years he has worked with Factors Chain International and now represents PFA in the European Federation of Factoring and Trade Finance taking post of a member of the Executive Committee.

Married, three children. Free time spends on skiing and windsurfing. Supports the activities of the Polish Association for Educational Promotion, that runs a non-public schools complex in Warsaw’s Bielany.

President of the Management Board of Credit Agricole Commercial Finance Polska S.A.

Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. With factoring industry related since 1998. (Head of Marketing Team FORIN Ltd.), Sales and Marketing Director, later in BZ WBK Faktor, Director and Member of the Board, Hilton-Baird Polska).

Since June 2011 he is the President of the Management Board of Credit Agricole Commercial Finance Polska SA, a factoring company belonging to EFL. He was responsible for the company’s construction and launch of operations in 2012. He is the author of numerous publications on factoring in the Polish specialist press. His hobby are aviation and history.

Speaks fluently English, Russian and Bulgarian.

Alumni of Banking and Finance faculty of Warsaw School of Economics. His career in banking began in 1997 in BIG Bank. He has been involved in factoring activity for 15 years. He has started his factoring career in 1998 by joining Forin Sp. z o.o., an independent factoring company. Since 2002 he is working for factoring businesses of Raiffeisen Bank. Since 2009 he is responsible for factoring activity of Raiffeisen Bank in Poland, now BNP Paribas Faktoring – one of market leaders for 7 consecutive years.

A graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics.

From 1992, he was associated with the financial sector. He started his professional career at Bank Przemysłowo-Handlowy S.A. in the area of ​​finance and then loans, working closely with the Dutch banking group ABN AMRO.

For 21 years associated with the ING Group: ING Bank, ING Lease (Polska) Sp. z o.o., where he managed units in sales, risk and operations structures dispersed throughout the country and centralized. The dominant area of ​​activity is corporate credit transactions, where he managed, among others Department of Management and Approval of Corporate Transactions. He has completed many projects related to, among others with the creation of policies, procedures and products, standardization and automation of processes, building tools to support sales, monitoring and controlling risk as well as the quality and effectiveness of processes. Member of the Talent Management program.

In 2018, operating in the BOŚ Bank S.A. Group as the President of the Management Board of BOŚ Ekosystem Sp. z o.o. (leasing activity) carried out the merger process of BOŚ Ekosystem Sp. z o.o. and BOŚ Capital S.A.

From 2019, the President of the Management Board of BPS Faktor S.A. associated with the cooperative banking sector.
